When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are dispatched within 6-10 working days.

How long is my shipping?

UK, USA, Canada, Australia: Your parcel is expected to arrive within 15-30 business days of dispatch. Other countries: 25-35 business days. These are estimates and delivery is usually quicker. If you place an order during peak shopping periods such as Thanksgiving and Christmas in November and December, express parcels may take longer to arrive.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advice on how and where your delivery can be collected.
